About Me
My name is Jace Andrews, and sports broadcaster with over 8 years of experience in the sports media world. I graduated from Oklahoma State in May of 2023 with a degree in sports media and a minor in sports management.
In my career as a sports broadcaster I have gotten the opportunity to be a part of multiple Division 1 broadcasts for ESPN and Division 1 universities including calling a women's basketball game for Northwestern State as a Senior in College .I have done play-by-play for almost every sport from football, baseball, and basketball to wrestling and lacrosse. While at OSU I was named one of the top four broadcasting students in the state of Oklahoma, along with winning multiple Oklahoma Broadcast education association awards. I have grown my knowledge in the production side of sports media by producing my own shows including a Big 12 baseball show along with being a part of a Oklahoma Broadcast Association award winning broadcast while working with the Triple Play Sports Radio Network. In the summers of 2023 , I was the associate director of broadcasting for the Anchorage Bucs of the Alaska Baseball League, a summer collegiate baseball league. While there I broadcasted 50 games through the Anchorage Bucs Baseball Network. I also helped the social media and media relations team by creating graphics and promo videos as well as communicating with other media members. This was my second year calling baseball as in 2022 I was the broadcast intern for the Florence Flamingos in the Coastal Plains League. I am passionate about sports and want to purse a play-by-play career among other facets of the sports media world. I am really excited for the future and ready to gain more experience in the sports media world. |
Jace's X-factor -- a charisma, an irrestible charm , an appealing self-confidence that marks him as someone we'll be hearing about in the years to come
